Joseph M. Dunn

Joseph M. ("Joe") Dunn is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University in 1986 and his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1990. Following law school, Joe worked in a litigation practice in San Antonio, Texas where he handled personal injury and general civil litigation matters.
Seeking more time in the courtroom, Joe left San Antonio and moved to Austin to take a position in the Tort Litigation Division of the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) for the State of Texas. While with the OAG, Joe handled and tried complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases across the State of Texas. After three years at the OAG, Joe left to take a position with Evans & Rowe, a successful medical malpractice defense firm located in San Antonio. After only three years, Joe was named a partner in the firm. After seven years with Evans & Rowe, Joe left his partnership in the firm to join the firm of Wigington Rumley and was named partner in 2009 after one year.
Joe is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and the San Antonio Bar Association. He is also a member of the Attorneys Information Exchange Group (AIEG) and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA). He is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Texas, in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
